As a Junior at Lawrence High School, I started working for my Dad, Armand Michaud, at Michaud Insurance Agency. My dad retired many years ago but we have tried to keep the personalized warm friendly atmosphere that he was known for alive in our office. Our customers are more than customers, they’re friends we enjoy seeing and chatting with on a regular basis.

I’ve been licensed since 1980 and earned my Certified Insurance Councilor designation in 1991.

I’m the new addition to the Michaud Insurance Agency’s family and so far it’s been great. I’ve been working in insurance since 2000. My goal is to educate my customers on what coverages they’re buying and help them find the best options for them. Hope to be here for many years to come!!

I joined Michaud Insurance Agency on a permanent basis in 2006. However being Trudy’s daughter, I have been a part time employee during the summers through out High School and College. I have a degree in Marketing and before I entered the insurance industry I was an Account Representative at a Direct Marketing Agency. Since joining Michaud Insurance I have become a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer and have recently received my CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) Designation.

I am proud to say that I am a third generation to join this company after my Grandfather, Armand P. Michaud, opened in 1979 with my Mother, Trudy M. Lawler, who is currently the President. I am excited to be a part of the business and look forward to the building the future of our company!

I have been in the insurance industry since 1998. I started as a receptionist with Foy Insurance Agency in Tyngsboro, and I worked to receive my property and casualty license. In 2002 I accepted a position with Landmark Insurance Agency in North Andover as a personal lines agent. In 2006 Landmark Insurance Agency split in to two separate agencies and the agency name became Durso Insurance agency and in 2009 Changed again to Durso & Jankowski. In that 9 years I had built a very close and trusting relationship with my clients specializing in personal lines property and liability insurance in MA & NH. I’m very happy to be part of the Michaud insurance Agency.

I started in the insurance industry at Castillo Insurance Agency where I was a Personal lines Customer Service Representative. After the Castillo Insurance Agency closed, I went into the glass industry and went to work for Glass America as a Customer Service Representative. At Glass America I was in charge of setting up claims, working with insurance companies and customers throughout MA, NH & RI to resolve claims. I also worked closely with over 380 insurance agencies in the area where I was able to really use my past experience from the Castillo Agency. Here at our office, I am in charge of reception, billing and cancellations. I am bilingual in English and Spanish as well.

MyLee, Office Mascot

MyLee is a Chinese Crested Powderpuff who was brought into our lives by one of our customers and has quickly become our office mascot. She lives with Trudy but comes to visit us on Mondays and Tuesdays to greet all of our customers who come into the office. Don’t worry, she doesn’t bite and is hypoallergenic.
